Over more than 25 years, I have led enterprise transformation from inside complex organisations, as a CIO, CDO, director, program leader, board advisor and executive coach.

My experience spans insurance, banking, transport, telecommunications, utilities, regulators, government and global software. I have shaped strategies, modernised platforms and operating models, strengthened cyber and data governance, built cross-sector partnerships, and developed high-performing leadership cultures in highly regulated environments.

My style combines strategic depth, commercial discipline and delivery experience with high EQ and respectful challenge. Mindfulness and reflective practice help me create the calm, candid space in which leaders can think clearly, confront what matters and act from purpose rather than pressure.
